This hybrid role would be perfect for an individual wanting to start their career in recruitment! Our client is a market leading IT Recruitment Consultancy specialising in Data Analytics and Business Intelligence.

Details of Recruitment Resourcer:

• Salary: �20,000-�24,000k per annum + Commission
• Hybrid, 3 days in office/2 days working from home - office based in Leeds, LS1
• Generous holiday allowance
• Hours: 37 hours, Mon-Fri 09:00am-17:00pm
• Permanent role

Responsibilities:

• Managing multiple deadlines in a dynamic, target-driven environment.
• Leveraging social media to nurture candidate relationships.
• Conducting candidate interviews and skill assessments.
• Providing timely shortlists for client job briefs.
• Assisting in business development efforts by identifying high-value candidates.
• Sourcing candidates through various job boards, social media and networking
• Screening CVs and conducting initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability
• Building and maintaining candidate databases
• Assisting with job postings and advertisements
• Providing administrative support to consultants
• Maintaining regular communication with candidates to provide updates and gather feedback
• Conduct reference checks
• Assist in the preparation of job offers and employment contracts
• Keeping abreast of industry trends and best practices in recruitment

Requirements:

• 6-12 months of recruitment experience, preferably in IT.
• Strong work ethic and tenacity.
• Adaptability and quick learning ability.
• Driven to deliver high-quality service.
• Capacity and discipline to excel in a remote work setting.
