Ideal Recruit are looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join the Permanent Division, based in our Warrington branch. We are looking for someone who enjoys a challenge, change and is adaptable to growth. Recruitment experience is preferred but not required as all necessary training is provided.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Resourcing candidates using various job boards for permanent roles.
- Being responsible for administration processes such as job posting and social media.
- Providing a positive candidate experience.
- Keeping in regular contact with candidates to ensure a smooth process and gain full career knowledge and aspirations.
- Managing compliance requirements and keeping secure records for audit purposes.
- Using various tools to make new links with potential clients.
Attributes required for the role include:
- Well presented, approachable and effective communicator
- Strong Work Ethic - hardworking with a determined personality.
- Excellent computing skills (MS Office, social media).
- Versatile & dynamic, as required in this role.
- Valid UK driving licence and own transport.
- Someone who is diligent and conscientious.
