Part Time - Recruitment Resourcer

Salary: �22,000 - �24,000 pro rata

We are looking for a Part Time Recruitment Resourcer to join our growing team in Portsmouth.

You will need to be confident and motivated to do well, and in return we offer a friendly & busy working environment.

We are a fast growing established agency & we are based in modern offices in the centre of Portsmouth, this is a part time position & the hours are negotiable.

This role would be well-suited to somebody with experience of recruitment ideally in a fast paced environment.

The role:

- Making outbound calls to potential candidates.

- Completing compliance checks and inputting data into our CRM system.

- Creating job advertisements as well as actively sourcing candidates.

What we are looking for:

- Experience in recruitment is preferred & a great telephone manner!

- Background in a busy sales environment would also be an advantage.
