Are you a legal graduate or paralegal looking to pivot into recruitment?
SSQ is looking for a dedicated Legal Resourcer to join our growing in-house team and contribute to our continued success. As a Legal Resourcer, you'll play a pivotal role in sourcing top-tier legal talent, building relationships with candidates and clients, and supporting our recruitment consultants in their day to day duties.
Key Responsibilities:
Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify and attract qualified legal professionals.
Build and maintain a strong network of legal candidates through proactive outreach and relationship building.
Screen CV's and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability and qualifications.
Assist recruitment consultants in coordinating interviews, managing candidate feedback, and facilitating the hiring process.
Maintain accurate candidate records, reports and update our internal database with relevant information.
Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to provide valuable insights to our team and clients.
Requirements:
A degree in Law, and or experience in the legal industry highly desirable.
Previous experience in sales or networking preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
