Job Description As a Recruitment Partner your responsibilities will include: Manage end to end recruitment campaignsDevelop and implement successful recruitment strategies.Collaborate with department managers to understand role requirements and assist in candidate selection.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry trends.Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulatory requirements.Manage and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and other external partners.Manage offers and start dates Source candidates through a variety of channels The Successful Applicant A successful Hybrid Recruitment Partner should have:Proven experience managing end to end recruitment campaignsStrong knowledge of current employment legislation and recruitment best practices.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
