Personnel Recruitment Officer Location: Aberdeen (Hybrid Working) Job Type: Permanent,Full-time (36hrs) Salary Circa: £30K- £40K DOE

Coordinating rotation/replacement of personnel, assessing future needs, succession planning and securing necessary approval (inc. emergency requiremetns)Screening CVs daily, arranging and conducting interviewsCarrying out all offer and promotion admin (contracts etc.), ensuring compliance with Maritime Labour ConventionUpdating and maintaining HR systems and Recruitment Trackers, generating monthly and ad hoc reports Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience sourcing, interviewing and recruiting candidates, ideally for offshore drilling disciplines with knowledge of relevant legislationHR qualification or similar is desirableStrong organisation, communication, time-management and presentation skills.
