We are currently seeking a responsible individual to manage a key �1m gp value onsite contract based in Liverpool. In this role, you will be responsible for motivating and managing a team to ensure the smooth running of this vital account. Your ability to be organised, communicate well and manage client expectations is key.

In addition, you will start up a new desk with the aim to grow a team in the Energy and Renewables sector. This involves the full 360 cycle and to deliver around �15k/20k pm in temporary and permanent recruitment solutions. Therefore, mapping, winning and fulfilling vacancies forms a vital part of your daily activities with a longer term aim to add additional recruiters, managing the division on a daily basis, providing a super-hub environment under your wing.

The ideal candidate will have both temp and perm process experience, relevant experience in running onsite temp contracts, and the management of the team to deliver to the client's needs. Understanding of HR, RTW, Licenses, and compliance together with the keen eye for detail and a passion to meet KPIs and Targets is key.

The hours are 8am-5pm Monday to Friday, and the salary is in the region of �45-50k plus commission, which can realistically add a further 20% on top with further incentives/enhancements plus benefits.
