Are you a driven leader with a commitment to delivering outstanding service to clients in the industrial sector? Smart Workforce Solutions is seeking a dedicated Service-Led Recruitment Manager to lead our established team in Swansea.
Role Overview:
As the Recruitment Manager/ Service Manager, you will take charge of our well-established branch of friendly Recruiters. You will lead and manage all aspects of branch operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery to our clients in the industrial labour market with a strong focus on client management, recruitment, P&L, team leadership, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate a team of recruiters to achieve their full potential.
Work with Sales & Marketing to develop and implement strategies to drive growth and client retention.
Take ownership of a P&L, ensuring profitability targets are met and exceeded.
Cultivate relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the industrial market.
Provide leadership and guidance to ensure the branch operates efficiently and effectively.
Work with Recruitment Director to create succession plan for the team
Carry out market insight analysis to support client communications and recruitment
Candidate management; Flexible workforce management, Performance management
Support the Sales teams with new business opportunities and provide a healthy pipeline of leads and market knowledge
Maximise growth through existing and lapsed business
Drive and manage retention of existing client base
Participate in finalising relevant new business deals
Skills & Experience Required:
Successful career history within the recruitment industry, with a proven track record of achievement.
Expertise in client retention and operational management.
Previous experience managing within a recruitment business, with a successful operational billing background.
Proven ability to develop and manage recruiters
