As recruitment manager you will be responsible for ensuring we get this right, from the point of initial application through to onboarding and beyond. This role is within our recruitment team managing a small team of recruiters, as well as providing support and guidance to the compliance manager and recruitment marketing manager. You’ll play a key role in shaping our recruitment team across two award winning homecare brands - The Good Care Group and our sister company Oxford Aunts. adherence/compliance
and achieving KPIsLeadership within a senior customer service orientated and/or recruitment delivery environmentAbility to proactively respond to changing requirementsDesire to deliver a consistently high candidate experienceConfident communicator who can demonstrate empathy and listening skillsAdvanced GSuite and Microsoft skills especially
