Recruitment Director - Legal Recruitment c.£85,000 + bonus + excellent benefits London
Leadership role within legal recruitment. We are working with a highly respected legal recruitment firm, who are very strong in the regions - but are now looking to establish a physical presence in London. This firm are true experts, with a high quality brand and a fantastic array of loyal clients.
In this pivotal role, you will open and then lead their new London office. Building a team of recruiters around you - whilst leading from the front with your own fee generation. You'll be given full authority to recruit and to grow your team, shaping the London business as it grows.
We are therefore seeking an experienced and credible operator within legal recruitment. (Please note that a background in legal recruitment is an absolute prerequisite for this position). You will be a subject matter expert, with the gravitas to inspire confidence in those around you.
