The role
This exciting and fast paced Recruitment Coordinator will be responsible for supporting an international recruitment team. This is a busy role where you will support the recruiters and Managers within the region and primarily be responsible for all recruiting related administrative duties. This will include working with 3rd party suppliers, collaborating with internal teams, booking in interviews and collecting feedback and ensuring all communications are handled with confidentiality. On boarding new starters will also be involved.
About you
With exceptional organisational skills and strong verbal communication skills you will be bi-lingual / have excellent command of the French or German language as well as English. The role is busy and you will need to be able to juggle multiple admin and recruitment projects at once. This is a hybrid role 3 days in West London offices and 2 remote with occasional travel to recruitment events/other offices.
