Recruitment Coordinator (Healthcare)

Leeds - �24,000 Per Annum - �35k OTE

We are Search, one of the largest recruitment agencies in the UK, with significant investment from Private Equity Partners, H2. Our award-winning health care team in Leeds is looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join their team.

In the role of a Recruitment Coordinator, you will be an Account Manager for our current client base. Your primary responsibility will be to manage our temporary candidates, who work on behalf of Search. Our clients will provide you with a list of available shifts for the week, and you will be responsible for sourcing and placing complaint candidates into those shifts.

And what does a Recruitment Coordinator do?
* Placing adverts using industry-leading systems to relevant job boards
* Responding to ad responses within a timely manner and scheduling interviews
* Sourcing candidates using social media, CV databases and referrals.
* Carrying out interviews with candidates to confirm suitability for roles.
* Collecting compliance documentation and logging this on CRM systems
* Placing candidates into temporary placements across Yorkshire
* Managing the candidate's absence, hours, and payroll ensuring they are paid weekly.
