Competitive salary:
Up to £35,000 dependent on experience.

As Recruitment Consultant, you will deliver an excellent client and candidate experience by directly managing the full recruitment life cycle and implementing innovative recruitment solutions. You'll be developing established client relationships and networking to create new ones whilst building on our candidate talent pool.
You will begin your journey by learning on the job, actively building your own desk, and sourcing candidates that meet your clients' needs. Recruitment is inherently a sales role, and a significant portion of your day will be spent on the phone, negotiating with clients and candidates. Every day means meeting deadlines and targets, but you have the opportunity for increased income via our commission structure and a promising future in a rapidly expanding recruitment agency.
You will need to have experience of being a successful recruiter from a sector that involves industry insight. Previous experience in the food sector would be an advantage but not essential. Additionally, you will need to have experience of building and managing a busy supply desk with a proven track record of working under pressure in a targeted environment. Demonstration of a previous role where you have had to be an attentive listener, build a rapport quickly, and engage with people to understand their needs is essential. You would need to be willing to learn food industry insight and keep up to date with current trends, industry challenges, relevant legislation, competitors, and local knowledge.
