Elite Care Recruitment is now looking for Recruitment Consultant to join our Northampton Team. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant (preferably with knowledge of the healthcare industry) to join our team.

In this role you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates in various healthcare positions, including nursing, managers, allied health, and care assistant’s roles.

Key responsibilities:

* Source and attract nurses and other healthcare professionals through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals

* Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate qualifications, skills, and fit for healthcare roles

* Build and maintain relationships with existing and new candidates, clients, and healthcare organizations to understand their staffing needs and requirements

* Coordinate the recruitment process from job posting to candidate placement, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties involved

* Business development in upselling to existing clients as well as developing new relations to allow growth to the business

* Shared on call management (not 24 hours ) one weekend in 4 *

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or similar sales role, preferably within the healthcare industry

* Knowledge of healthcare roles, qualifications, and regulatory requirements would be advantageous

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with candidates and clients

* Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

* Understanding of compliance and the importance of maintaining correct data

* Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
