Talent Seed have partnered up with an award winning Tech recruitment agency based in Bristol on their search for an experienced Recruitment Consultant.
They are looking for a Recruitment Consultant who is experienced in technology recruitment with a proven background in business development, sourcing and managing candidates, to join their team here in central Bristol.
Recruitment Consultant | Central Bristol Based | Up to £33K + Commission
As a Recruitment Consultant you will be required to:
Grow your network to develop new and existing business.
Building a talent pool pipeline of skilled candidates within your market.
Source, screen, and interview professionals to identify the best fit for client requirements.
Build and maintain a strong network of candidates through various channels.
Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and deliver top talent.
Manage the full 360 process, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and candidates.
Ideal background:
A demonstrable track record of delivering high calibre candidates into distinguished clientele
Experienced recruiting in the tech space (ideally).
360 Recruitment experience (Permanent or Contract).
