Recruitment Consultant Role:
Cultivate client relationships via sales calls and business development
Manage and expand existing accounts
Identify sales opportunities for client growth
Assist clients with recruitment needs
Source candidates and meet client specifications
Create tailored advertisements and conduct diverse searches for candidates
Recruitment Consultant Requirements:
Prior recruitment consultant experience and strong billing history (preferred)
Hospitality background preferred
Account management expertise and exceptional communication skills
