The Recruitment Consultant will:
Gain a good understanding of clients and build and develop positive relationships
Advertise vacancies as and when required on job boards and our website
Attract candidates and build relationships
Use the candidate database on a daily basis
Match the right person to the client's vacancy
Review applications from candidates
Manage interview request from clients
Test and create a shortlist of candidates for the client
Brief the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job
Prepare CV's and send them to specific vacancies
Inform candidates about the results of interviews
Offering advice to both clients and candidates
Meet clients when required

The Recruitment Consultant will:
Previous experience working within a sales environment

Have a positive and can do attitude
Be a confident communicator both written and verbal
Have access to a car and have a driving licence
Work well under pressure and towards tight deadlines
Be confident working with numbers
Want to work within a close knit team
