Recruitment Consultant Job Specification




  • Identifying and develop client relationships

  • Communicate with clients to get a clear view on their hiring needs and organizational goals

  • Assess and respond to the needs of each particular client or assignment

  • Advise on and sell the most appropriate solution for attracting candidates and maintaining a candidate database

  • Identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels

  • Collect reference checks and conduct interviews

  • Research and develop recruitment leads

  • Build long term client relationships



Desirable Skills




  • 2 Years Recruiting experience

  • Knowledge and understanding of recruiting and sourcing techniques

  • Customer Service and sales skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Well-organised

  • Ability to make reasonable decisions

  • Experience using applicant tracking and recruitment marketing software

  • Excellent with prioritisation and time-management

  • Understand and meet agreed KPIs and targets
