Opportunity
for an experienced recruitment consultant to develop their career into exclusive / retained search. The position sits within an established retained search firm based in London.
Requirements
are a solid track record as a 360 recruiter within a life science / industrial / renewables / consumer markets. This includes winning and delivering on business, ideally having billed between £150,000 to £300,000 annually.
Organisation
is an established specialist retained search firm based in the City. The growth strategy for 2024 is to hire hungry billing consultants from life science agencies and train and develop them in the art of search. Best practice / gold standard approach to recruitment, friendly and approachable owners, relatively KPI free culture, hybrid working. Realistic targets for first 12months with focus on training and developments.
Rewards
Uplift on current base salary, between £40k to £50k, commission, pension, health, life assurance and training and development. OTE is £100k plus.
