Recruitment Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Healthcare Consultant to join our team in Didcot. As a Healthcare Consultant, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and expertise to healthcare organisations. You will work closely with clients to identify their needs and develop innovative solutions to improve patient care and operational efficiency.

Duties

• Business development via a range of methods to include direct sales as well as online and offline engagement


• Generating sales leads via research and networking


• Supporting clients through the recruitment process, providing sound industry knowledge and guidelines


• Successful Account Management of new and existing clients to foster strong relationships


• Candidate sourcing utilising a range of methods to include job boards, advertising and headhunting techniques


• Registering and interviewing candidates, both over the telephone and face-to-face

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Healthcare recruitment industry


• Strong knowledge of healthcare operations, regulations, and industry trends


• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills


• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
