Executive Recruitment Graduate Role
London £27,000+ £70k OTE
We are on the hunt for outstanding graduates / early stage professionals who are looking to start their careers as Executive Recruitment Consultants. We are able to start people immediately, with flexible start dates throughout the year!
If you have previous experience in a fast paced working environments such as, hospitality, retail or sales throughout or after University, this could be the role for you! We are looking for ambitious, resilient and career driven individuals who are looking to rapidly progress within their career in recruitment.
Executive Recruitment is the process of actively seeking and hiring candidates to fill executive level positions on a global scale, in some of the most credible industries. Within our firm you will be working as a 360 Executive Recruitment Consultant, this means you’ll be tasked to work the full process.
As a Recruitment Consultant within our company, you will receive comprehensive training designed to develop competence in all areas of the job, the overall objective being to successfully place executive-level candidates into permanent positions while meeting realistic billing targets.

The Role:
In Executive Recruitment each day differs, but your main duties will be:
· Learning the market and gathering market intelligence.
· Speaking with senior level individuals predominantly over the phone.
· Headhunting candidates from sources such as LinkedIn.
· Conducting industry specific market research.
· Negotiating terms and fees with clients.
· Interviewing candidates.
· General admin.
· Writing job adverts.
· Marketing out your candidates to prospective companies.
· Finding new business.
· Building relationships with clients.
Executive Recruitment is a form of sales and with sales comes rejection. Rejection in these roles is constant, if you see rejection as a motivator you will thrive in this position!
