To further our growth, we're looking to hire ambitious and resilient Recruitment Consultants to join our already high performing team.
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will work closely with our ever-expanding client base from Day 1, supporting them through the sourcing of top tech talent to meet their hiring needs, so you can truly make a difference in the growth and success of these businesses.
The role of the Recruitment Consultant is to:
Develop and manage client and candidate relationships in a competitive environment
Identify future business and initiate strategic plans for growth within a specialist market
Manage the recruitment process from interview to placement and beyond
Win new exciting accounts
Establish opportunities with both candidates and clients
Grow your personal brand and community in your market
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be:
Experience in recruitment, with proven success - ideally tech
Experience in Business Development & Delivery
Process driven and coachable
Skilled at Building Relationships and Rapport
Collaborative and love working in an ambitious team

Salary:
£27,500 - £50,000 + OTE + amazing benefits
