Experienced Permanent Digital Marketing Recruiter.
Will require someone with a track record of billing and knowledge of this market.
Should enjoy building client relationships and creating a client network.
Strong resourcing skills, able to network, engage and work credibly with people at all levels.
In addition, able to market map research and headhunt to attract best candidates.
Self-motivated, self-starter, able to work a grown-up environment.

Working as a Permanent Recruitment Consultant
Joining a team of 3 working across the Digital Marketing space
Roles include positions from mid – senior level appointments.
Salaries range from £40-120k +
Mostly contingent but some retained roles
They use search methodology to attract candidates – research, mapping, headhunting.
You will have the opportunity to choose a market area that is of interest to you.
Able to capitalise on their client network to build your own relationships.
Billing expectation is £200k + in a normal market.
