Core working hours are 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Thursday (inclusive) and 8:30am to 5:00pm on Fridays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Selling vacancies professionally by interacting with candidates over the phone.
  • Utilising and updating the in-house CRM system in line with company process.
  • Ensuring live vacancies are fulfilled within the deadlines given with a strong understanding of live vacancies in the team.
  • Following suitable job filling processes provided to ensure best results.
  • Quality and compliance - high calibre/quality candidates supplied to customers by ensuring strict qualifying and checks in line with legal and internal compliance requirements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to both candidates and clients at all times.
  • Maintenance/aftercare in compliance with company process for perm or contract.
  • Effective analysis provided on job filling with the ability to update the team, business, and clients specifically and accurately.
  • Protection of fees and margins and the ability to negotiate with candidates.
  • Engage in end-to-end recruitment strategy.
  • Build talent pipeline of candidates.
  • Process owner of the end-to-end service delivery.
  • Ownership of Service Delivery reporting including week/month/quarter forecasting.
  • Overall responsibility of teams legal and internal compliance ensuring quality fulfilment.
  • Become a trusted advisor to clients and advise best practice in relation to job order and candidate care (client side).
  • Upselling/squeezing extra opportunities from client orders.
  • Protection of fees and margins and the ability to negotiate with clients.
  • Strong conflict/issue resolution with candidates and clients.
  • Responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships within accounts, with a heavy focus on customer satisfaction (candidate and client).
  • Responsible for teams tactical planning - forecasting and predictions, job board management, resource management.
  • Management of the resourcers, ensuring all jobs are covered efficiently following agreed standards and processes.
  • Invested interest in continuous improvement within the delivery function.

Experience and Skills Requirements:

  • Maintain a professional approach at all times
  • GCSE or equivalent
  • Car driver
  • Previous recruitment or sales experience ideally within a technical background eg IT, Building Services, Engineering etc
