Recruitment Consultant

Job Title: Recruitment Consultant - Permanent Division
Salary:
Up to £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience) with the potential to earn up to £75,000 per annum OTE
Experience Required:
Previous recruitment experience in any industry (highly desirable)
Experience in account management (highly desirable)
Proven sales experience
Experience in customer service (minimum of 2 years)
Target-driven mindset
Self-motivated and proactive attitude
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong relationship-building skills
Ability to work well in a team
