Pertemps are looking for a focused and self-motivated individual who is looking to maximize their own potential and grow within the business.This role will be a challenge as it's a new desk, however there will be lots of support given. We are seeking an ambitious candidate who is driven to make telesales and volume calls to build a desk.This opportunity would be ideal for someone who is ambitious, driven and looking to develop and hone their skills with the UK's largest independent recruitment agency. Whilst we are open to applications from various experience levels, the ideal candidate will have previous exposure to business development, sales, account management or will have worked in a fast-paced target driven environment.The RoleAbility to travel within Kent and surrounding areasBusiness development, this will involve sales calls, going out to see potential clients.Forging strong relationships with clients.Capable of holding business conversations with individuals to understand their business.Attending client meetings.Volume recruitment - screening job applications and assessing suitability.Interviewing candidates over the phone and within branch, including candidate registrations.Advertising and marketing client vacancies, through relevant job boards and social media platforms.Arranging and managing interviews.Carrying out any necessary pre-employment and compliance checks in line with: company policy, relevant legislation and client specific onboarding processes.The Ideal CandidateSales and Customer service focused.Motivated and enthusiastic manner.Excellent time management skills - able to manage conflicting or changing priorities on a daily basis.Resilient attitude with a problem-solving approach.Experience in working to targets.Confident in speaking on the phone.Previous recruitment experience would be preferred.Experience recruiting within the driving and industrial sectors would be a great advantage but not essential.BenefitsCompetitive salary of £26,000 per annum + commissionCompany Pension via NESTTraining plan with regular opportunities for continued professional development throughout your career with PertempsClear and structured career pathAccess to our external, employee confidential hotline, supporting your mental health and wellbeing.Top performers are recognised and rewardedPerkbox (High Street retailer and gym membership discounts)Opportunities to be involved in charity workRefer a friend schemeIf this sounds like a role that would excite you, apply now!
