Regular lunches, beers and socials are part of the job for sure and one of the reasons recruitment is a great option. The Role:As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be based in Stamford and earn commission on top of the base salary.Your responsibilities will include:Headhunting candidates to assist employers in recruiting their staff, including phone calls, emails and messagesMatching candidates with the vacancies that are most suited to themOrganising interviews or assessment days and eventsHelping applicants throughout the application process, including preparing for interviewsBuilding relationships and networking with clientsAbout You:This role could suit someone with experience in the agricultural/farming industry, who is looking to branch into a more corporate role, or could be a great opportunity for a graduate with no experience.You have a degreeYou are a confident person which translates to being comfortable on the phone and becoming a great networkerYou have an excellent initiative, where you can spot opportunities to make a difference for customersYou have a hungry, dynamic, and entrepreneurial spiritYou have excellent communication skills, both written and verbalYou have great organisation skills and teamworking skillsBenefits of working for the company:Great office with a ping pong table and foosball table
