We are one of the leading education recruitment consultancies in the UK, with over 100 recruitment consultants across over 20 branches.The education sector is booming at the moment and we a looking for someone to utilise their sales and business development skills to generate new clients. We provide teachers, teaching assistants and school support staff to the local area - your task will be to bring on new business, by contacting schools who do not use our service, while recruiting new candidates to place into long and short-term assignments.About you:Ideally from a recruitment background, we will happliy cross train from any other volume recruitment sectorSales background either B2B or B2CExcellent customer service skillsCareer focussed and money motivatedDriven to succeedThe role:Business development and client generationBeing the first point of contact for schools with urgent staffing needsPlacing teachers and teaching assistants into short and long term rolesMeeting schools, advertising positions, interviewing candidatesExcellent career progression opportunities, often within the first 12 monthsFinancial incentives including commissionBased in large, friendly officeFull recruitment training from a leading providerYou will have the opportunity to earn significantly above your basic salary with on-target commission and bonuses.Our office in Birmingham has a strong reputation for providing high quality education recruitment services in the local area.
