Logistics People are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join the Team! You will be responsible for on boarding either Class 1 Drivers, Warehouse Workers or Forklift Truck Drivers for our Clients across the UK!We are looking for a friendly and outgoing individual who is both energetic and enthusiastic, who wants to work within a successful and growing business.Experience is not essential as full training and support will be provided.Salary:£24,(Apply online only) - £28,(Apply online only) P/aHours of work:Any 5 From 7 working on a rolling weekend rotaKey responsibilities:Liaising with hiring managers to understand their recruitment requirementsEngaging with candidates who have applied for the role and selling the vacancies availableScreening, interviewing via video calls, and assessing candidates in-line with clients requirementsLead generation and proactive sourcing techniquesKnowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate pipelinesCommunicating with candidates & customers at all levels, appropriately and professionally; ensuring that customer service is maintained at the highest levelReaching targets and KPI's set by senior management teamAbility to identify opportunitiesHigh volume of outbound and inbound callsMaintaining CRM databaseHave a “can do” approachPerson specification:Good organisational skills and a willingness to learn.Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & Google SheetsA strong communicator verbal and written.Works well in a team and independently.What are the benefits of working for Logistics People?24/7 on-site supportCareer progression opportunitiesModern FacilitiesImmediate StartsGreat Rates Of PayDON'T BE SHY!!
