Required: “ New Recruitment Consultant” - Accountancy & Finance DivisionAre you an experienced Accountancy & Finance Recruitment Consultant looking for a new and exciting challenge?Would you love the opportunity to manage your own very warm Accountancy & Finance desk? This desk has been established over the past 2 years and is capable of high billings using the existing database - so you can really hit the ground running.The role of an Accountancy & Finance Recruitment ConsultantBased in the Brierley Hill branch, you'll be fully supported in growing and developing this already established desk.Responsibilities include:
* Building long term relationships with new and existing client's
* Client visits to take full brief of job/person specification
* Negotiating fees
* Sourcing candidates, through social media, LinkedIn and job boards
* Screening CV's
* Interviewing prospective candidates
* Arranging interviews between client and candidate
* Providing feedback to both client and candidate post interview
* Arranging 2nd and final stage interviews
* Negotiating salaries and remuneration packages
* Placing suitable candidatesWhat experience do I need as a Perms Recruitment Consultant?
* Experience of working as a 360 Perms Recruitment Consultant within Accountancy & Finance, ESSENTIAL!!
* Proven track record of success
* Solid career history (no job hopping!)
* Excellent written and communication skills
* Team player who enjoys the social side of work
* Organised, hardworking and enjoys a fast-paced environment
* Hungry for success
