What Moxie has to offer?Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 (depending on recruitment experience) + uncapped commission + performance bonuses. Location: Hybrid working with 3 office days in our office on Cathedral Road - Central Cardiff (free on-street parking options and just a 10-minute walk from Cardiff Central Train station) Hours: 8:30am-5:30pm, Monday to Friday (36 hours per week, on average) Looking for work-life balance? We’ve got you covered with a 9-day fortnight. You’ll have the choice of working; a 4-day-week every other week or 4.5 days every week. Annual Leave: 25 days + bank holidays + an extra day off on your birthday!
