* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates within the social housing sector.
* Sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates in suitable roles.
* Developing a deep understanding of client requirements and industry trends.
* Managing the end-to-end recruitment process with professionalism and efficiency.Requirements:
* Previous recruitment experience or sales experience is preferred.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
* Genuine passion for the social housing sector and making a positive impact.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.What we offer
* Competitive salary: £25,000 - £27,000 per annum (depending on experience).
