Here at Supply Desk, we are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Consultants to join the expanding team in our new office in Fareham. This is a fantastic opportunity to build a successful desk in the Primary, SEN or Secondary section in education and to help support our existing clients. 

Ideally, you will have some recruitment or sales experience or experience working in the education sector! We are also happy to consider recent graduates that have an interest in a career in Recruitment. We are looking for people who have the desire, commitment, tenacity and willingness to learn and develop their careers with a positive attitude. Training is provided by the company and there is a also great opportunities for career progression and a career ladder to allow you to progress in your career. We offer a very competitive commission scheme and a desire to earn a six-figure salary within 5 years is welcome.  

As a consultant, you will go through a structured learning program to help you develop your desk in line with the company ethos. You will work closely with the Branch Manager and other senior members of the team to develop your skills and knowledge in the role.

We offer regular residential training programmes to help support your career progression and a clear career ladder. We will also spend time coaching you to become the best in the industry.

• Basic Salary -£25k – £30k Depending on previous experience/ transferable skills.
