This leads us to an exciting opportunity for you to join the business as a 360 Recruitment Consultant.
In this role, you’ll oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to screening to placing. Because you’ll win your own clients through new business, your relationships with your client base will thrive – you’ll know exactly what they require from each candidate.

About The Role:
You will work with and manage your client base, attracting the best candidates within the finance sector.
By sourcing and winning your own business, you’ll develop lasting and meaningful relationships with your clients, ensuring their recruitment needs are met at all times.
Being involved in the entire recruitment process, you’ll continuously exceed client expectations by presenting them with industry-leading candidates.
You shall use several recruitment tools to source and attract candidates daily; headhunting, social media, job boards, databases and email campaigns.
You’ll continuously develop the recruitment process, smoothing out all creases and creating a flawless process for all team members to follow.
You Will Need To Have/Be:
Previous experience (between 1-5 years) in a 360 recruitment role and demonstrable experience of successful billings.
An understanding of the finance and accounting industry is ideal, but not required.
Driven, motivated and determined.
First-class written and verbal communication skills.
The ability to work on your own or as part of a team.
Sound Interesting?
