Recruitment Consultant - White Collar Property Services - St Paul's, London

�28K-�40K Per annum (salary negotiable dependent on experience) OTE �60K-�80K + Rewards & Incentives.

Due to significant growth there is an exciting opportunity to join the Maintenance team in our London office, specialising in White collar roles both temp and perm within the public sector. The roles you would recruit for include Surveyors, Project managers, supervisors and Commercial managers, working with an established Client base, but also with the opportunity to develop new relationships across the South East. You will be working alongside the Manager, a top performer, who has built up this business over the last five years. You will be given a number of these existing key Clients and supported in developing the business further.

Daniel Owen have been working in this market for 20 years and have an exceptional reputation in this industry, covering blue collar, white collar and business support roles. Working closely together this will be of assistance to you when developing new client relationships.

What you will be doing as a Recruitment Consultant?

• Managing and maintaining client relationships through the fulfilment of needs and expectations
• Sourcing and selecting candidates for each role
• Adhering to company values
• Managing candidate administration including time sheets and right to work documentation
• Using job boards to conduct CV searches and post job adverts
• Using our tailored data base to assist you when searching for candidates
• Using social media platforms like LinkedIn to become an expert in White Collar Construction
