Recruitment Consultant - Blue Collar Construction - Reading

�28K-�40K Per annum (salary negotiable dependent on experience) OTE �60K-�80K + Rewards & Incentives.

Following on from another successful year, we are now on the lookout for another Recruitment Consultant to join the DO team, specialising in blue collar construction.

This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside some of our top performers and billers within the business to assist you in becoming an expert in the industry. This position would see you coming into a warm desk from day one, working with an established client base covering temp blue collar roles in and around the Reading area.

Daniel Owen have been working in this market for almost 40 years and have an exceptional reputation in this industry, covering blue collar, white collar and business support roles. Working closely together this will be of assistance to you when developing new client relationships.

What you will be doing as a Recruitment Consultant?

• Managing and maintaining client relationships through the fulfilment of needs and expectations
• Sourcing and selecting candidates for each role
• Adhering to company values
• Managing candidate administration including time sheets and right to work documentation
• Using job boards to conduct CV searches and post job adverts
• Using our tailored data base to assist you when searching for candidates
• Using social media platforms like LinkedIn to become an expert in the industry
