As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will be an integral part of our continued success.

Based in Portishead we are looking for driven individuals to join our Engineering, Manufacturing, Service & Technology divisions. Our divisions work as a team rather than a single desk, you will have the support and expertise of the consultants/ senior consultants and managers around you day to day.
The day to day role:
*Develop new business relationships with clients
*Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, Database, Job Boards & other sources
*Writing job adverts & qualifying applicants against jobs
*Conducting phone/video interviews to screen candidates
*Presenting candidates CV's to clients
*Assist candidates through the entire interviewing & placement process
*Identify potential new clients in your market
