Role and Responsibilities:

As a Recruitment Consultant at BRC, you will be responsible for:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates within the social housing sector.


• Sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates in suitable roles.


• Developing a deep understanding of client requirements and industry trends.


• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process with professionalism and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Previous recruitment experience or sales experience is preferred.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.


• Genuine passion for the social housing sector and making a positive impact.


• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Competitive salary: �25,000 - �27,000 per annum (depending on experience).
