Responsibilities:

• Conducting full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.


• Building and maintaining a network of qualified candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, and referrals.


• Facilitating the onboarding process for new employees.


• Stay updated on industry trends and identify top talent.

Skills:

• 1+ year of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.


• Strong relationship-building skills.


• Knowledge of employment labor laws.


• Excellent communication skills.

• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software
