Recruitment Consultant - Plymouth Based – £25k to £28k DoE + Monthly bonus scheme and Uncapped Quarterly Bonus Scheme - Health Care Scheme - Competitions and Reward Schemes - Industry Recognised Training – Time off for your Birthday - Office Based position.

Wise Employment are expanding our award winning Plymouth team to support the growth of our Temporary and Permanent divisions.

The role of Recruitment Consultant is varied and filled with highs and lows, but ultimately rewarding. As Recruitment Sales Consultant you will:

• Build relationships to sell recruitment services to both Candidates and Clients
• Be proactive in attracting candidates
• Provide excellent Customer Service
• Consult and advise Companies on their Recruitment Plans
• Grow your own business through Sales activity on the phone and face to face
• Attend Client meetings, Face to Face or via Teams

As a Recruitment Consultant you will bring your previous sales experience and the determination to get results to your day to day activities. You will have excellent communication skills; both written and spoken, be able to use MS Office packages, have an excellent work ethic and be tenacious and driven with previous experience within a Sales environment, we’ll teach you the rest.
