School ICT Resourcing is a specialist recruiter that focuses purely on finding permanent and temporary non-teaching staff for schools. Recruitment Consultant Responsibilities:

The Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for our Southern region, mainly Oxfordshire and surrounding areas. The Recruitment Consultant role is a 360 role. You will be responsible for a variety of day-to-day tasks, including recruitment, consulting with schools to determine their staffing needs, interviewing candidates, conducting candidate background checks, and communicating with schools and candidates throughout the recruitment process. This role has the flexibility for remote working, flexible hours, and hybrid from either Leeds, West Yorkshire, or Whitney, Oxfordshire, and offers term time only hours.

Recruitment Consultant Skills 

• Experience in Recruiting


• Strong Interviewing skills


• Excellent Communication skills


• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills


• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment


• Experience in education recruitment is a plus
