Recruitment Consultant

Join our #OneBlueFamily as a Recruitment Consultant to develop and grow a desk that supplies Temporary Chefs, Hospitality/Catering and Industrial staff to clients in the Devon and Cornwall area.

This will be a remote based role, travelling to the Bristol office once a week where travel expenses will be paid.

As a Recruitment Consultant you are supported by our advanced technology systems. We are also committed to maximising wellbeing which is why we have a dedicated Out of Hours service that can support our Operational teams when it's time to relax .

Some of your day-to-day responsibilities as a Recruitment Consultant include;

• Proactively developing new and existing business by identifying and establishing client relationships
• Managing National Account Business
• Building relationships with Catering/Hospitality and Industrial staff and sourcing suitable employment for them
• Business to business outbound sales calls, marketing activities and working to targets
• Travelling to visit clients for meetings in the Devon or Cornwall area
• Sourcing and recruiting temporary candidates within the Catering or Industrial sector
• Building relationships with clients and candidates
• Servicing existing business to a high standard
• Service management - compliance, payroll, administration, updating systems
