Salary: �23,000 - �25,000 plus commission

Penguin Recruitment are a market leading Recruitment Consultancy with over 20 year's experience within the Environmental and Engineering sectors. We're currently looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our Swansea based team, the successful candidate can expect to work within a supportive and friendly environment, receive in depth training and excellent career progression opportunities.

It is likely that the successful Recruitment Consultant will have:

• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Some previous recruitment/telesales experience
• A proven track record in hitting and exceeding sales targets
• A strong academic record (BSc or equivalent advantageous but not essential)

Typical duties will include:

• Sourcing and screening candidates for a variety of roles
• Liaising with line managers and directors of companies ranging from family run consultancies through to global multi-disciplinary firms
• Securing vacancies and building your own portfolio of clients
• Submitting CV's to roles, arranging interviews and managing the whole recruitment process
• Preparing high quality adverts
• Negotiating candidate's employment contracts including salaries, benefits and start dates
• Hitting daily, weekly and monthly KPI's
