Job Title: Recruitment Consultant (Property Finance)

Location: Ware, Hertfordshire

Hybrid, 3 days office, 2 days at home

Parking on site 

Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 + Commission

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with companies within the industry to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies to bring on new job opportunities.


• Source top-tier candidates through various channels, such as job boards and LinkedIn.


• Conduct screenings and vetting processes to assess candidate qualifications to ensure they are the right fit for the job.


• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including interviews and job offers.


• Build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships.


• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.


• Post Job adverts weekly on job boards and LinkedIn.


• Attend Industry networking events to build client base.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years within recruitment


• Proven recruitment experience.


• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and processes


• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.


• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.


• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
