Academics in Cardiff are looking to appoint a Recruitment Consultant to work in the Education Sector.

Brilliant opportunity for someone with B2B or recruitment sales experience (any sector) to join one of the leading education recruitment agencies in the UK.

We're much more people led than structure & process, compared with most of our competitors. The business is friendly and sociable, but you can still typically expect to earn 50% more with us than you would in most recruitment consultant roles.

In the last 20 years, Academics have built a hugely successful, well established Education Recruitment business in over 16 locations - we've got a strong brand & reputation with Schools and Teachers across the UK.

Our Cardiff office is in its 10th year - where we have built a recognised brand and excellent reputation with our schools and teachers.

We'll provide the environment, education recruitment training, and support you need, to be a great Education Recruitment Consultant and we'll pay you accordingly - your realistic earnings in our Cardiff office are likely to be �45-�50k OTE once you are fully up and running. We also offer 27 days holiday (rising to a maximum 32).
