We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team in our Sunderland branch.

In this role you'll be managing the temporary desk that covers a large patch in Sunderland and the surrounding areas. Speaking with an array of clients, you will have the incredible opportunity of growing the business for the temporary staffing division.

The role will include:

• Developing long term professional business relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Providing a specialist consultative service by developing a thorough understanding of Sunderland and the surrounding area.
• Sourcing and successfully placing candidates into roles.
• Delivering a high level of customer service to all clients, candidates and colleagues.

This opportunity would ideally suit an individual with sales and customer service experience, who thrives in competitive environments, has bags of initiative, a thirst for responsibility knowledge and enjoys the recognition and financial rewards that come with being a top performer in a professional field. Hybrid: (3 days in the office & 2-day WFH after successful probation)

A driving licence and access to a car, is essential to be able to carry out on-site visits.
