As a Construction 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will specialise in recruiting for the construction industry, managing the full recruitment lifecycle from candidate sourcing to placement. This role of a Recruitment Consultant involves working closely with construction companies and candidates to source and fill a variety of positions within the Construction sector allowing you to create your own OTE with uncapped commission.

Recruitment Consultant Key Responsibilities:
- As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients and expand the client base within the construction sector.
- Utilise a variety of channels such as job boards, social media, industry events, and referrals to attract construction professionals.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates with expertise in various construction disciplines.
- Proactively reach out to passive candidates and engage them in relevant job opportunities.
- Review resumes and applications to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and qualifications.
- Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' technical competencies, construction knowledge, and suitability for specific roles.
- Develop and nurture relationships with construction companies, contractors, and hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and preferences.
- Present candidates to clients and facilitate interviews, providing support and guidance throughout the selection process.
- Negotiate job offers, terms, and conditions on behalf of candidates and clients, ensuring alignment of expectations.
Recruitment Consultant Qualifications and Skills:
- As a Recruitment Consultant you’ll have proven experience in recruitment, specifically within the construction industry, with knowledge of construction roles, terminology, and requirements.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and candidates.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software, CRM systems (Vincere ideally but not essential as training is provided), and other relevant tools.
- Knowledge of relevant employment laws, regulations, and industry standards.
