Recruitment Consultant

Are you an experienced recruitment consultant, looking for a new challenge or maybe looking to be office based but working nearer to home?

Strategy Education are currently searching for an experienced recruitment consultant to join our Southend team. Ideally with education recruitment experience but other similar markets would be considered. You will be looking after a range of specialist schools within your area.

As you will be working a warm desk you will be responsible for building on existing business as well as creating new and exciting opportunities. You will be assisting your schools with their short term, long term and permanent recruitment needs.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Carry out effective business development calls with schools to develop lasting       relationships with cover managers, HR staff and headteachers.

Manage, maintain, and develop lasting client relationships.

Source and attract candidates via social media, referrals and a well-maintained company CRM system.

Carry out candidate registrations and via the resourcing team manage your candidate’s application from start to finish.

Successfully place candidates, maintain and achieve targets.

Achieve pre greed KPI targets.

Meet and exceed agreed financial targets.
