Job DescriptionTransformation is a high growth area for Michael Page and we are investing heavily to develop our expertise and capability. Our customer base is a mix of start ups, SMEs, PLCs and public sector customers.The Senior Recruitment Consultant supports the UK Transformation business and Bristol Technology team in implementing the sales strategy by developing a clear commercial understanding of their local market and managing resources effectively to maximise productivity.The Senior Recruitment Consultant generates sales opportunities, both for themselves and their local team members, and combines their own customer engagement activities with the development of their team.We expect the team size to triple over the coming years and you will be responsible for defining a clear vision for Transformation in the region and future headcount growthYou will lead by example and support the performance of the team in sales initiatives, technical knowledge and building an inclusive high performance identity. The Successful ApplicantA successful Senior Recruitment Consultant should have:360 recruitment experience and a passion to impress customers and candidates alikeA solid understanding of the Transformation recruitment market AND/OR a track record of recruiting senior permanent appointments into FinanceSupply ChainProcurementConsulting / System IntegratorsWe need people who are prepared to network with senior leaders and facilitate online and in person events across the tech community.
