Recruitment Consultant Trainee/ Resourcer - Digital Media

Moriati Recruitment, established for over 25 years as a leading digital Media recruitment consultancy. We are looking to employ a Trainee Consultant to be based in our Central London office. As a resourcer you’ll work alongside our dedicated team of recruiters who cover Digital/ media sales , CTV, Retail media ,media sales, SEO/PPC/Planning/Buying, eCommerce and Ad- Ops, sourcing candidates across all these industries and meeting clients. This is a great opportunity to learn the digital landscape from a very experienced group of consultants. As an ideal candidate your profile will be from a recruitment or sales background. Our training program is designed to be tailored to the individual strengths and weaknesses, to get the best out of you and your potential. Each trainee has a manager and a mentor to help them reach their potential.

Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing and interviewing potential candidates.
Meeting new and existing clients whilst maintaining a strong sense of customer awareness.
Account management.
Identifying potential sales leads.
Meeting clients face to face with consultants to build your knowledge and ensure development
Attending industry events ideally once a month with colleagues to network at fun media events. There is always free food and beverages along with an inclusive / professional atmosphere. Attendees range from FTSE 250 companies to the latest digital startups.
Screening potential candidates.
Helping place candidates into permanent roles with our Digital/Media clients
Background
The successful candidate can be a colleague leaver or graduate. The most import traits are; being a good communicator, Willing to work hard, collaborative, innovative and driven to succeed. Client range from Samsung, Livenation, Group M, Havas, ITV to established adtech / SaaS companies and the latest ad tech startups.
